Your First Visit
We understand that embarking on your smile transformation journey is a big deal. That’s why we’ve pulled out all the stops to make your first visit a comfortable one. The initial visit allows us to learn about you and your orthodontic needs. It also allows you the opportunity to confirm that Dr. Cooke is the right orthodontist for you. In our office, every effort is made to meet your needs in a timely and caring manner. Each individual’s condition is unique and deserves personalized attention. Both parents are welcome and encouraged to be present during the initial exam for minors.
To ensure your experience is as valuable as possible, please complete the following three tasks prior to your appointment:
- Complete your new patient FORM
- Text us a copy of both sides of your insurance card at 705-255-4400
- Make sure you are up to date on your dental exam and dental cleaning.
What You Can Expect:
After you are welcomed in our lobby, you’ll be taken through the following steps:
Complete Complimentary Diagnostic Evaluation: including 3D imaging and Digital scans of your teeth and bite to assess and determine the best course of treatment.
Meet our Treatment Coordinator and Dr. Mary Cooke: We’ll review your medical history forms, diagnostic records, perform a comprehensive exam, and determine the best course of action. We’ll answer any of your questions.
You’ll get a custom treatment plan: We’ll provide you with a custom treatment plan to address your orthodontic issue along with alternatives to consider. If you are interested in Invisalign, we can provide a simulation of your new smile.
We’ll share payment options to fit your budget needs: We prioritize making orthodontic treatment affordable, offering paid-in-full courtesies, 0% financing, and same-day paperwork initiation. For insurance coverage, we assist with forms and work with your plans. If interested, bring your banking details.
Expect this first visit to take approximately 60 minutes.
